Intense - these feelings rushing through me
each time my thoughts are turned to you
Immense attraction draws magnetically
while the moments found together are so few

yet no matter the distance, no matter how far
we move from each other, you're here
as if some brightly shining star
is ever drawing near

intense in its illumination
then I watch you back away yet one more time
when fear instead of inspiration
takes hold of movement of the heart and mind
