It sings into the silence
of all being
arrayed in sparkling diadems of light,
unuttered in the sense of their delight
that strays into ubiquitous oblivion,
when tone at last responds within
a scintillating blind of understanding;
where questions answer query's flight
in words left undefined.
And feelings flee the shadowed
that mind at last might free itself
from the doles of ancient slavery,
where logic and misfortune stood
berating even reason to discover
that which only intuition brings to bear.
Yet still, its harmony expands
singing in the silent stretches of a waste,
so singular it stuns in pleasing vagary;
patterning the future forth within
the streaming strings of its variety,
as endlessly, it sings itself complete
into the unsung silence of all being . . .
