Again

The magic died - yet deep inside,
the sun and moon still moved eternally.
Just then, two lovers met again, in realms
beyond the skies of musing blue.

Grief spent too many times to be considered.
Hearts withered by the trials bloomed again.
Within the mists, they kissed eternally.
Two - forever now a unity.

It mattered not, the names once warn,
nor roles that they had played.
Mortality was raging elsewhere too.
Yet here, within the ever-bloom of love,
they found the greatest treasure.

A flow of blood beyond the measure
of mere veins. Spirit seeking soul
yet ever bent upon the whole.
One deity that never knew the difference.

A moment of untime revealed.
The magic died - yet deep inside -
the sun and moon still moved eternally.
'Twas then, two lovers met again,
in realms beyond the skies of musing blue.

And it was true, the need they'd always felt,
to be with one another. What fate had dwelt
within the world of man and mind and body,
that again became the coming home of soul...?
