Once Again

Let go your fear, my child.
It isn't real. It's just another feeling
reaching up to find the light.
A pinch of understanding still survives.
No matter any blinding of
those very mortal eyes.

Open up and feel the love again.
Surrounding you in moments when
your will is slumbering. Those things
were never worth much anyway.
Unless they held your focused feel
of love that always lives beyond the real.

You never had to steal it with a lie.
Within your heart, it ever will abide.
Subduing all the battles, and awakening
a newborn peace. You never had to lease
your life, to keep it living on. Or prove
to someone else you were like them.

Danger came and went within your view.
Survival came and went in an appeal.
Unlock the door, and let the angel in.
It never was a matter of your sins.
Primly posed, they never knew
the worth of all the love you feel.

And so, let go your fear, my love, my child.
It isn't real. It's just another feeling
reaching up to find the light.
A pinch of understanding still survives.
No matter any blinding of
those very mortal eyes.

Wish to fly and find yourself,
a whole within the skies of subtlety.
Maneuvering was never meant
to be the focus here. Far and near,
the angels beckon - wishing, wanting
so much more of you.

And at long last, she found the splendor
of their awesome view. Goodbye,
my love - we'll meet yet once again...
