A Happenstance

In these worlds that stretch
beyond the known most call reality
dragons fly and fill the skies
with fiery rain and molten breath
until they reach a point of satisfaction

and then they lift their wings again
flying high into a glide
to come to rest upon a mountain high
where a waterfall begins a new descent
in innocence of clarity
that brings the burnt out fields
to utter springs of green again

all within a look, a glance
imaging, a happenstance
of thee . . .
